How to contact Apple about your Apple Music problems

Having trouble with Apple Music? We've written a wealth of troubleshooting articles on the subject, but if you're still running into an issue, it might be time to talk to the experts.

Why contact Apple?

Well, for one, they made this stuff: If you're running into a software bug, the developers should know about it. If you're dealing with mis-matched tracks, the only way you'll get those tracks fixed is by letting the engineering team know something's wrong.

Also, as much fun as complaining on your social media network of choice is, it won't get your problem fixed unless someone high up on the Apple totem pole happens to follow you. (Chance of that: unlikely.)

How to contact Apple about your Apple Music problems
